Children's Mental Health Week

30th January 2021

Next week is Children's Mental Health Week and this year the theme is 'express yourself'. Miss Burrows has shared daily activities to celebrate and spread awareness around this very important topic. These can be accessed in the Wellbeing Google Classroom or by clicking the link below.

By talking openly about mental health from a young age, children can learn to better understand their emotions, break down stigma, and feel safe enough to reach out for help when it’s needed.

Talking about mental health and expressing our feelings can be difficult, no matter our age. We need to raise awareness around this topic to let people know that it's okay to not be okay.

There is also a virtual assembly at 9am Monday morning - students can access this using the link in the Google Classroom!
