The school is pleased to announce this year's examination results which represent a strong performance for this cohort of students and are in line with our expectations.
This summer we achieved our best GCSE results in the Schools history this summer. 55% of students gained 5 or more A*-C grades, including English and maths. To be in the top 25% of similar schools nationally, the Government set the school an aspirational target of 51% - the school exceeded this target by 4%.
These results show a 12% increase on 2014 results, which is the biggest improvement seen in any North Lincolnshire school.
The Senior Leadership Team and Governors are incredible proud of the staff and students for beating the tough targets set by the government and those we set ourselves. With so many excellent individual performances, and ALL students securing their next steps in education, employment or training, the school community is very proud of all of the Year 11 students.
